About the role
DEOW International is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its transportation and logistics operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, managing fleet performance, and expanding business opportunities while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transportation and logistics operations to ensure efficient business performance.
- Oversee fleet operations, vehicle performance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage teams, operating costs, and service delivery standards.
- Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in transport or logistics management.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in fleet operations and cost control.
- Business development and client relationship management skills.
