General Manager – Wellness Clinic

About the role

Our client, a premium anti‑ageing and wellness clinic opening soon in Dubai, is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the business, drive commercial growth, and oversee day‑to‑day operations. This is a high‑visibility role for a commercially driven leader with a strong background in medical wellness, anti‑ageing, aesthetic medicine, or premium healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and maximise profitability.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, high service standards and smooth business performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 30+ employees, fostering accountability and a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor revenue, KPIs, budgets and operational costs, using data to drive business decisions.
• Implement upselling, cross‑selling and client‑retention initiatives to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Establish operational procedures, reporting systems and performance‑management frameworks for the new clinic.

Required profile

• 7+ years of management experience in the UAE within medical wellness, anti‑ageing, aesthetic medicine or premium healthcare.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue with measurable results.
• Experience leading large teams, ideally 30+ employees.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of sales strategies, KPIs, conversion, upselling and client retention.
• Highly organised, proactive and hands‑on with strong operational and problem‑solving skills.
