General Technician

About the role

Accor is looking for a versatile General Technician to ensure the smooth operation of its facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment and systems across our hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure and equipment.
• Install and set up new equipment as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Collaborate with other departments to support uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in inventory management of tools, parts, and supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational certificate in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience as a general technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform diverse maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
