About the role
We are seeking a General Technician to join a luxury hotel’s facilities team. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of safety, comfort and operational excellence across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of building systems.
- Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, lounges and service areas remain in impeccable condition.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly to minimise disruption to guests.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to uphold safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Hands‑on attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service to guests and staff.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
