Global Assignment Consultant – International Relocation Specialist

About the role

The Global Assignment Consultant supports Sirva's corporate clients by managing the relocation of employees on international assignments. You will act as the primary point of contact for assignees, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of assignment management services, including policy counseling, destination services, household goods shipping, immigration, departure services and expense management.
• Interpret client assignment policies and provide tailored advice to assignees based on country‑specific requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and global certified providers to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
• Communicate regularly with client HR contacts, manage exceptions, and keep clients informed of assignee status and issues.
• Support the manager, client and assignees with additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct relocation experience or 3 years of related customer‑service experience.
• Strong knowledge of international assignment management and global business practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions independently.
