The consultant will apply real‑world business expertise to evaluate and improve AI‑driven tools used across finance, healthcare, engineering and other sectors. Key responsibilities

• Evaluate real‑world workflows, systems and processes to assess usability and effectiveness.
• Validate and optimise project‑management, CRM and productivity tools by providing data‑driven feedback.

• Analyse business data to assess tool performance, usability and alignment with operational needs.
• Provide structured feedback to refine AI training data and evaluation loops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business operations, process design and workflow optimisation.
• Familiarity with project‑management, CRM and SaaS tools used in business environments.
• Ability to analyse business data and translate findings into actionable system improvements.
• Strong verbal communication skills for clear feedback and collaboration with technical teams.
• No prior AI experience required; domain expertise is the primary qualification.
