Global Director of VIP (iGaming Crypto Operator)

About the role

We are seeking a Global Director of VIP to own and scale the VIP programme for a fast‑moving crypto‑native iGaming operator. This is a build‑the‑function role, responsible for the end‑to‑end experience of our highest‑value players across all markets and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and expand the VIP team – set performance standards, manage hiring, shift design and quality reviews.
• Define and enforce the commercial engine – upgrade logic, player segmentation, bonus‑granting discipline and calculation frameworks.
• Ensure a consistent, context‑aware player experience across email, live chat, WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Drive full adoption of the tooling stack and maintain high operational standards.
• Represent the VIP function to the executive team, flag risk, protect margin and shape strategy together with Monetisation and Business Intelligence.

Required profile

• A commercial operator who understands the trade‑offs between hold, LTV, retention and short‑term margin.
• Proven leader who has built and coached VIP or high‑net‑worth teams, not just performed as an individual contributor.
• Comfortable working with dashboards and KPIs; able to interpret cohort charts without assistance.
• Track record of managing high‑value individuals – iGaming experience preferred, but private banking, luxury retail or comparable premium sectors are also considered.
• iGaming or sportsbook background strongly preferred.
