Global Head of Human Resources

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Global Head of Human Resources to partner directly with the Founder and executive team. You will design, scale, and future‑proof the organization, ensuring HR is a strategic driver of business success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full global HR function across all business units and regulated jurisdictions.
• Translate business strategy into organizational structure, operating models, and talent strategies.
• Design and implement global hiring, leadership capability building, and performance frameworks.
• Establish HR governance, compliance, and risk frameworks for licensed markets.
• Align HR practices with local regulatory requirements and cultural contexts to support market expansion.
• Drive organizational transformation to support Bybit’s vision of a one‑stop global financial platform.
• Implement and scale HR systems, data, and analytics for operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in high‑growth, global organisations.
• Track record partnering with founders or senior executives on business and organisational decisions.
• Experience across the full HR spectrum (HRBP, talent acquisition, OD, C&B, operations).
• Deep understanding of global expansion, compliance and regulated environments.
• Ability to build and scale organisations in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.
• Strong business acumen to challenge and influence leadership.
• Experience in crypto, fintech or digital technology is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese for multi‑cultural stakeholder management.
