Global Head of SAP Tax & Revenue Management

About the role

The Global Head of SAP Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) will lead Invenio’s worldwide SAP TRM practice, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring delivery excellence across five continents. Reporting to the Global Head of SAP Practice, this senior executive will be the primary authority on SAP TRM for clients, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global SAP TRM growth strategy, including market expansion, offering development and partner collaborations.
• Own the practice P&L, set revenue targets, optimise margins and manage resource utilisation.
• Lead enterprise pursuits for public‑sector frameworks and national tax authorities, acting as project sponsor.
• Drive pipeline generation with marketing, thought‑leadership and RFP‑shaping workshops.
• Maintain C‑suite relationships with key clients, SAP leadership and strategic partners.
• Oversee deal governance, pricing strategy, commercial terms and negotiation.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of large‑scale SAP TRM programmes, managing scope, risks and value‑realisation KPIs.
• Establish global delivery models, including Agile/Scaled‑Agile, data‑migration factories, test automation and DevSecOps.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience leading global SAP consulting or technology practices.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and track record of revenue growth.
• Strong client‑facing skills with experience managing C‑suite relationships.
• Deep understanding of public‑sector tax, revenue and compliance transformation.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional matrix teams across sales, delivery, solutioning and alliances.
