Global Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Director

About the role

Huda Beauty is looking for a Global Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Director to own its global influencer strategy for makeup. The role builds a tiered creator portfolio, from ambassadors to micro-creators, that drives measurable brand and sales impact across every market, sets the governance that keeps the work consistent and compliant, and defines the data framework that shows where to invest next.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global influencer strategy for makeup, aligned to brand priorities and launches, and set the standards and ways of working that keep activity consistent across markets
• Build a balanced creator portfolio across all tiers, from ambassadors to emerging creators, and own the KPIs and execution
• Lead key creator partnerships for launches and always-on, and manage agency and talent partners
• Own global seeding, creator brand experiences and brand trips, and act as a visible ambassador for the brand with creators and talent
• Measure impact across platforms and markets, use insights to guide investment, and use AI and technology to scale the function while staying ahead of cultural and platform trends
• Lead and grow a high-performing team, directly and through in-market leads, and build scalable ways of working for global consistency

Required profile

• 12+ years in influencer marketing, with at least 5 in a global or multi-market leadership role
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in makeup or colour cosmetics, managing multi-market influencer budgets and building creator portfolios and long-term partnerships
• Demonstrated negotiation experience and working knowledge of disclosure rules across markets
• Established network of makeup creators, makeup artists and talent agencies
• Multilingual and global experience is a plus
