Global Management Development Program – Finance Track

About the role

The Outperformer Global Management Development Program (Finance Track) is a 24‑month graduate scheme designed to fast‑track high‑potential talent into international finance leadership. Participants will rotate across finance functions, work on strategic projects, and receive mentorship from senior leaders while being fully immersed in Hilti’s customer‑focused business model.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a series of finance rotations (accounting, controlling & reporting, credit & collection, shared services) in home and regional locations.
• Lead and contribute to high‑profile finance projects both locally and abroad.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and senior management on strategic initiatives.
• Attend global summits and networking events to build a worldwide professional network.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or higher) in business, engineering, finance or related field, graduating by 2026.
• 3 months to 4 years of work experience; early‑career stage.
• Strong affiliation with the Middle East, Turkey or Africa (birth, education or work).
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• International experience through studies, internships or work.
• Demonstrated maturity, curiosity, assertiveness and strong communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
