About the role
Join Anton’s Global Management Trainee Program on the HR track and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, international energy services company. This full‑time graduate program is based in the United Arab Emirates and offers exposure to core HR functions, cross‑cultural collaboration, and rotational assignments across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Support overseas recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination and data analysis.
- Assist in planning, delivering and following up on training and talent‑development initiatives.
- Facilitate cross‑department communication in a multilingual environment (Chinese, Arabic, English).
- Contribute to the optimisation of HR processes to enhance efficiency and standardisation.
- Participate in employee‑relations and corporate‑culture events.
- Rotate through various HR and administrative units, gradually taking on project responsibilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Fluent English and Chinese proficiency (HSK 4 or above).
- Strong communication, learning ability and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in student activities, internships or projects is a plus.
- Genuine interest in HR and an international career with a willingness for long‑term training.
