Global Performance Marketing & Retail Media Manager, E‑Commerce

About the role

Beiersdorf is looking for a Global Performance Marketing & Retail Media Manager to lead the development and scaling of its performance marketing capabilities across e‑commerce, marketplaces and social commerce worldwide. The role will design frameworks, operating models and measurement standards that improve media effectiveness and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global performance marketing and retail media frameworks, standards and best practices across marketplaces and omnichannel retailers.
• Partner with Commercial and e‑Commerce teams to align retail media priorities with customer planning and joint business planning.
• Identify performance gaps, create scalable solutions and guide regional adoption.
• Build paid‑media capability for social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, establishing activation principles, audience approaches and measurement.
• Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives, translate learnings into guidance and recommend scaling or deprioritisation.
• Define global KPIs, benchmarks and reporting standards linking media performance to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics and Technology teams to improve visibility, automation and apply AI‑driven optimisation.
• Develop enablement programmes and playbooks to up‑skill regional markets.
