Global PR Manager

About the role

The Global PR Manager will lead Huda Beauty’s worldwide public relations and communications strategy, amplifying both the brand and founder’s visibility across media, cultural, and social platforms. Reporting to the PR Director, this senior position sits at the crossroads of earned media, marketing, and cultural moments, turning the founder’s vision into high‑impact narratives on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the global PR roadmap defined by the PR Director and translate the founder’s voice into consistent, compelling narratives.
• Coordinate with marketing, social, influencer, and content teams to ensure PR moments are amplified across all channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier global media outlets such as Vogue, Business of Fashion, and WWD, securing impactful coverage.
• Drive founder visibility through interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities.
• Monitor and report on visibility, share of voice, brand and founder authority, and sentiment, using insights to refine strategy.
• Identify and execute non‑traditional PR ideas, cultural activations, and real‑time “hack” moments to generate buzz.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of PR/Communications experience in beauty, luxury, fashion, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in both agency environments and in‑house brand roles.
• Experience working with founder‑led or high‑profile brands.
