Global Relationship Manager – Business Director

About the role

You will lead the management and development of a portfolio of Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and risk management in line with the bank’s strategic guidelines. Acting as the senior client relationship lead, you will coordinate with industry teams, global strategic coverage, and specialist product units to deliver tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure commercial management and achievement of profitability, sales, and risk objectives for the assigned portfolio.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing relationships together with Relationship Managers and other functions.
• Analyze client needs and promote Investment Banking products and services in coordination with relevant internal units.
• Coordinate sales initiatives of Relationship Managers, supporting the promotion of Commercial Banking products while complying with operational processes and regulations.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar relationship management role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Understanding of credit risk.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
