Global Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Independent Food Company is expanding its portfolio of hospitality concepts and needs a strategic leader to own global hiring across front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, operations and leadership positions. You will drive talent acquisition for new openings, acquisitions and ongoing operations, ensuring the right people are in place ahead of demand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute global recruitment campaigns for all functional areas.
• Develop innovative recruitment methods, including open‑day events and enhanced candidate experiences.
• Map, build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple markets.
• Lead proactive outreach, market mapping and discreet searches for senior and specialist talent.
• Manage each search from brief to signed offer with speed, creativity and precision.
• Plan hiring timelines to align with onboarding and training needs.
• Deliver best‑in‑class candidate experience that reflects brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Progressive talent acquisition experience in global or multi‑market hiring, preferably within hospitality, aviation or a large service‑led organization.
• Proven ability to source senior roles across diverse geographies (e.g., head chef in São Paulo, operations manager in Indonesia).
• Fast‑paced, creative and precise approach to recruitment.
• Experience building talent pools and acting swiftly on business needs.
