Global Visa Consultant (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Visa Guy is seeking a full‑time Global Visa Consultant to serve Russian‑speaking clients in Dubai. You will guide travelers, professionals and families through visa and immigration processes for a variety of destinations, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa and immigration requirements for multiple countries.
• Collect, verify and prepare documentation for tourist, business, student and premium visa applications.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and follow‑up with authorities and clients throughout the process.
• Explain complex immigration procedures in clear, understandable language.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay up‑to‑date with changing visa regulations.
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, preferably within visa or immigration services.
• Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working in the GCC region or with international clients is advantageous.
