Global Visa Sales Executive

About the role

The Global Visa Sales Executive will guide clients through visa requirements and promote visa‑related services. This full‑time position is based in Dubai and focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa regulations for various countries and prepare necessary documentation.
• Communicate professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and manage appointment scheduling with embassies.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting visa services and providing accurate quotations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of visa policies, verify document authenticity, and accurately record sales and client data.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with visa procedures (Schengen, UK, USA, etc.) and a sales‑oriented attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple client cases, and willingness to learn new visa updates.
