Golf Experience Executive Internship

About the role

This season‑long internship offers aspiring golf professionals or club‑management graduates a hands‑on experience within a prestigious 5‑star resort environment. Working closely with the Outside Operations team, you will be at the forefront of delivering a seamless member and guest golf experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily Outside Golf Operations, including bag drop, practice facilities, and cart staging.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to members and guests, maintaining high service standards.
• Assist with pace‑of‑play management and on‑course support.
• Monitor presentation and service standards across all outside operational areas.
• Help organise tournaments, corporate days, and special events as required.
• Perform additional departmental duties as directed by the Director of Golf or Golf Experience Manager.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in PGA, Golf Management, or related field (preferred).
• Service‑driven with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Confident, personable, and excellent at interpersonal communication.
• Passionate about golf with strong on‑course awareness.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team.
• Physically capable and enthusiastic about fast‑paced outdoor operations.
