Goods Flow Manager – Retail Logistics

About the role

The Goods Flow Manager is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing store goods flow operations in line with IKEA’s vision of creating a better everyday life. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will ensure stock availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the goods flow team to optimize receiving, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.
• Develop and monitor capacity plans, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Implement logistics actions from the store business plan and ensure daily operations follow the Service Protocol.
• Identify and develop talent within the team for succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and/or logistics at tactical and operational levels.
• Proven leadership in managing people and business processes.
• Ability to set and execute action plans with clear direction and follow‑up.
• Experience in budgeting and achieving financial targets.
