Store Associate

About the role

The Store Associate will manage storekeeping activities for materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and record‑keeping in line with company procedures. This role supports operational needs by maintaining inventory accuracy and facilitating smooth material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Receive delivered materials, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, and document all receipts.
• Store items in designated locations following safety and storage guidelines, and maintain stock records in SAP.
• Issue materials based on approved requests, record transactions promptly, and ensure proper handling for transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of storage areas, reporting any unsafe conditions.
• Prepare regular reports on stock movement and support audit processes with required documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in warehouse or store operations.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
