About the role
Müller's Solutions is looking for a Governance Senior Specialist in Dubai with 3 to 6 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation. The role covers governance structures, decision rights, policies and procedures, committee governance, monitoring, reporting and action tracking, supported by Microsoft Power BI reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement governance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain governance structures and decision rights.
- Support policy and procedure governance.
- Support committee-level governance activities.
- Monitor and report on governance activities.
- Track actions and decisions.
- Maintain governance documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders and prepare dashboards and reports.
Required profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation.
- Preferred certifications: GRCP, CIA or another relevant governance/GRC certification.
