Government Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Government Relations Supervisor will lead all visa, work permit, residency and immigration processes for Four Seasons Dubai employees, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and fostering strong relationships with government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage visa, work permit, Emirates ID, residency and immigration applications, renewals, cancellations and amendments.
• Oversee Occupational Health Card applications and coordinate medical examinations.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the organization at ministries and external agencies, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate event permits, guest visas, trade licences and special approvals.
• Partner with People & Culture to ensure compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Monitor legislative updates and advise leadership on compliance and process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Government Relations Supervisor, Officer or similar role in the UAE.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration and residency procedures.
• Proven experience managing employment visas, work permits and OHC processing.
• Experience liaising with government authorities and handling licences and permits.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
