Manager Compensation & Benefit

About the role

The Manager – Compensation & Benefits will own the delivery and continuous improvement of AD Ports Group's compensation and benefits programs and policies, translating group direction into commercially sound reward practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of the compensation and benefits roadmap, translating group reward principles into programs, policies and implementation plans.
• Oversee job evaluation and grading governance using the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart Profile Method.
• Lead harmonisation of compensation and benefits policies across clusters and countries.
• Set market benchmarking approach with external consultants, interpret results and lead stakeholder decisions.
• Plan and coordinate the annual merit review cycle, monitor governance and budget, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate design, review and implementation of short‑ and long‑term incentive plans with the Performance team.
• Ensure programs comply with local legal requirements and manage external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits program delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with job evaluation and grading using the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart Profile Method.
• Ability to coordinate compensation and benefits across multiple countries and clusters.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills to interpret cost, pay‑positioning and program impacts.
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations across multiple countries.
