Graduate Analyst – Office Building Services

About the role

JLL is seeking a motivated Graduate Analyst to join its Office Building Services team in Dubai. This full‑time graduate programme offers an exciting launchpad into commercial real estate, providing hands‑on experience in facilities management, financial analysis and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day building operations, monitor service delivery, coordinate with providers and handle tenant requests and inspections.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, financial reporting and analysis of operating costs and service charges.
• Maintain client relationships by responding to inquiries, preparing presentations and attending meetings.
• Maintain property databases, compile operational data and generate performance reports on occupancy, maintenance, energy use and tenant satisfaction.
• Help coordinate building improvement projects, refurbishments and tenant fit‑outs, ensuring scope, budget and timeline compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards and JLL quality protocols, maintaining accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance or related field; recent graduates (within 2 years) encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical ability, proactive attitude, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
