Graduate Area Manager

About the role

Amazon is hiring a Graduate Area Manager in Abu Dhabi. As an Area/Shift Manager, you will lead a large and diverse team so that your area of the business keeps pace with demand. The role is hands-on and shift-based, with the main focus on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency at the operational site.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to keep quality and productivity high and meet business objectives across all shifts
• Support and lead a team while handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
• Work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets
• Analyse data and performance metrics with business leaders and discuss technical improvements with engineers

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before the start date
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis
