Graduate Civil Engineer – Roads & Highways (UAE National)

About the role

WSP is looking for a motivated Emirati graduate to join its Middle East team as a Civil Engineer focused on road and highway design. This full‑time position offers exposure to large‑scale transportation projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and continuous learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare discipline designs that meet project standards and quality requirements.
• Support the preparation of submittals and obtain No Objection Certificates (NOC).
• Stay updated on technical developments and ensure health & safety practices are embedded in all work.
• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates, flag risks, and contribute to team and project meetings.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of experience in road and highway design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
