Graduate Engineer – Wet Utilities

About the role

Egis is seeking a Junior Engineer – Wet Utilities to join its Dubai team. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals and offers a recent graduate the chance to start a career in water supply, sewage and drainage engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of wet utilities systems, including water supply, sewage and drainage networks.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Conduct site visits to collect data and monitor project progress.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and analyses related to wet utilities.
• Support the preparation of reports, proposals and other technical documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Academic knowledge of wet utilities systems and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
