Graduate Management Consulting Associate Consultant

About the role

Teneo's Management Consulting team advises senior leaders on the strategic questions shaping the future of their organisations, combining rigorous analysis, commercial judgement and deep sector expertise. As a Graduate Associate Consultant in the Middle East, you will join a growing team and quickly get involved in live client work, with meaningful responsibility from the start, support from experienced colleagues, structured training and regular feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across companies, markets and sectors
• Analyse data and evidence to identify insights and support recommendations
• Help teams develop and test hypotheses and solve complex client problems
• Produce clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for clients
• Contribute ideas to case team discussions and problem-solving
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Teneo and build an understanding of clients and markets across the Middle East

Required profile

• Curious, ambitious graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in consulting and the Middle East
• On track to achieve, or already holding, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Preferred: fluency in Arabic
