About the role

Wood is seeking motivated UAE nationals to join our Oil, Gas & New Energies business as Graduate Process Engineers. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on high‑profile projects that shape the future of energy, from upstream to decarbonisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential hazards and develop safety protocols to protect personnel, equipment and the environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identifications to minimise workplace incidents.
• Perform regular safety audits and support continuous improvement of safety practices.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent degree in Chemical, Process or related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and commitment to safety excellence.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing energy sector.
