Graduate Procurement Role

About the role

Join Worley as a Graduate Procurement professional, supporting procurement and subcontract management activities under close supervision. This entry‑level position offers exposure to corporate and project procurement processes in a global energy and resources company.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with company and project purchasing policies within delegated authority limits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely provision of third‑party services, materials and equipment.
• Identify and develop supply sources, solicit quotations, negotiate orders and expedite deliveries.
• Manage supplier documentation, including insurance guarantees and technical engineering information.
• Liaise with Quality, Logistics and Materials Management teams to support timely goods delivery.
• Process documentation required for supplier invoice approval in line with purchase‑order requirements.
