Graduate Project Coordinator (Emirati)

About the role

AkzoNobel is looking for an Emirati Graduate Project Coordinator to support its sales, project and technical service teams in Dubai. The role focuses on data management, CRM championing and market intelligence to help the business make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local CRM champion: ensure data quality, conduct monthly monitoring and provide training to new users.
• Prepare and distribute market and project updates, including a monthly newsletter and awarded‑project list.
• Analyse market intelligence using MEED and IIR platforms to map projects and stakeholders.
• Manage documentation such as PQ data, track records, case studies and technical service records.
• Support technical service administration, including site‑visit reports, technical letters and procurement processes (PO generation and invoice matching).

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong data‑management orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate meetings and follow‑up actions.
