Graduate Software Engineer (Python) – 2027 Programme

About the role

Revolut’s Graduate Programme is a 12‑month, paid training pathway for recent graduates who want to launch a career in software engineering. As a Python Engineer you will join a high‑impact tech team, work on real products used by millions, and develop scalable systems and data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based APIs and services.
• Build and optimise data pipelines for reporting, analytics and data‑science use cases.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional squads to define new data models and workflows.
• Contribute to code quality through test‑driven development and code reviews.
• Participate in on‑site and remote work, spending roughly three days per week in the office.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2026‑2027) with a strong interest in software engineering.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE or the UK.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
