Graduate Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role

Revolut is recruiting Graduate Strategy & Operations Managers for its 12-month Graduate Programme, aimed at ambitious graduates starting a career in fintech. Participants work on real projects, receive structured training and gain hands-on experience, with top performers able to be promoted during or after the programme. The programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to a tech hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE or the UK, with visa assistance, travel costs and the first month of accommodation supported (conditions apply). Applicants must be available full-time from early or late 2027 and attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise products and services to improve customer and internal experiences
• Research and propose new features and processes
• Perform data-driven analysis and turn insights into action
• Support strategic relationships and contribute to negotiations
• Contribute to product and operational development projects
• Share progress with global teams and learn from senior leaders
• Manage tasks, track progress and deliver outcomes, with regular feedback

Required profile

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) in a STEM subject
• Graduated in 2025, 2026 or 2027
• Solid problem-solving skills and a passion for data
• Interest in fintech and the financial industry
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Nice to have: experience or an internship in consulting, investment banking, private equity or fast-growing tech
