Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist (Emirati Nationals)

About the role

This 24‑month graduate programme supports AECOM’s Emiratisation and early‑career hiring agenda. You will help attract, recruit and engage Emirati nationals, recent graduates and entry‑level talent across the business while developing leadership skills through structured learning and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for Emirati nationals, graduates and early‑career positions.
• Source candidates via university partnerships, government platforms, LinkedIn and the ATS.
• Conduct initial phone interviews, shortlist candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with UAE labour law, government guidelines and internal Emiratisation targets.
• Build partnerships with government entities, job boards, universities and organisations that promote Emiratisation.
• Assist in organising career fairs, campus events and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (graduated 2024 or later).
• Internship or placement experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong interest in recruitment, Emiratisation or early‑career programmes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
