Graduate Trainee – Associate IT Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

The Graduate Trainee – Associate IT Specialist will support administration and operations teams in day‑to‑day business activities while gaining practical exposure to office administration, coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within airport logistics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Assist in upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Create user accounts and perform access control.
• Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimise computer systems.
• Document processes, back up and archive data, and develop data recovery procedures.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• Prior administration experience in a multinational company or similar organisation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and software.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural personnel.
