Graduate Trainee Program – 18‑Month Development

About the role

The National Graduate Trainee Program is an 18‑month development pathway designed to prepare UAE nationals for first‑line supervisory positions. Graduates will rotate through a designated department, receive on‑the‑job training and develop technical, management and leadership competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a one‑month familiarisation period across all sections of the assigned department.
• Undertake on‑the‑job training focused on the target supervisory role for the remaining program duration.
• Participate in technical skills development and leadership competency programmes.
• Work closely with an assigned mentor and attend regular progress review meetings.
• Transition to the targeted permanent position upon successful program completion.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Maximum of 2‑3 years of experience; fresh graduates are preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics) or related disciplines.
