Graphic Design Specialist – Digital & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Design Specialist to produce high‑quality visual content for both digital and print channels. The role supports corporate, marketing, communication and branding initiatives, delivering assets such as brochures, websites, social media graphics and more.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts that align with business goals, brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
• Create visual assets for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, logos, advertisements, social media graphics, illustrations, presentations, invitations, newsletters and website graphics.
• Edit, retouch and manipulate images using professional design software while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork for digital publication and print production, and coordinate with print vendors as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends, techniques and emerging tools.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color theory, branding and visual hierarchy.
