Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creatively driven and technically proficient Graphic Design Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, delivering visual design across digital and offline channels for a rapidly growing, multi‑brand livability platform headquartered in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual assets for social media, email, digital advertising, website, brochures, corporate reports, outdoor advertising, event signage and branded collateral.
• Translate brand strategy, marketing briefs and campaign concepts into audience‑appropriate designs while maintaining consistency.
• Develop and maintain the organisation’s design system, including templates, asset libraries, brand guidelines, typography and colour palettes.
• Support rollout and evolution of the visual identity across sub‑brands, verticals and channels.
• Create digital‑first assets optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other platforms, applying platform‑specific best practices.
• Produce motion graphics, animated social content and short‑form video graphics for digital storytelling.
• Prepare print‑ready files for large‑format printing, billboards, exhibition stands, signage and merchandise, adhering to production specifications.
• Design and layout corporate presentations, pitch decks, investor materials and executive communications.
• Coordinate with print vendors, production houses, signage suppliers and external agencies on handoffs, proofing and final approvals.
• Provide art direction and creative briefs for photography and videography productions.
• Support design aspects of corporate events, exhibitions and activations, creating event collateral and branded environment assets.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
• Technical proficiency in delivering design across both digital and offline formats.
• Experience managing design systems and asset libraries.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors and external agencies.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools and emerging creative technologies.
