Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creatively driven and technically proficient Graphic Design Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual assets for both digital and offline channels, supporting the company’s multi‑brand integrated livability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visuals for social media, email templates, digital ads, website assets, brochures, corporate reports, outdoor advertising, event signage and branded collateral.
• Translate brand strategy and campaign briefs into audience‑appropriate designs while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain the organisation’s design system, including templates, asset libraries, brand guidelines, typography and colour palettes.
• Create digital‑first assets optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and X, applying platform‑specific best practices.
• Produce motion graphics, animated social content and short‑form video graphics to enhance digital storytelling.
• Prepare print‑ready files for large‑format printing, billboards, exhibition stands, signage and merchandise, adhering to production specifications.
• Design and layout corporate presentations, pitch decks, investor materials and executive communications.
• Coordinate with print vendors, production houses and external agencies for design handoffs, proofing and final approvals.
• Provide art direction for photography and videography productions and support the design aspects of corporate events and activations.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
• Technical proficiency in modern design workflows and production processes.
• Ability to work across a 360° range of digital and offline media.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
