Graphic Designer / Bid Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer who will lead and support cross‑disciplinary projects across engineering, infrastructure and architectural design. The role blends creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring each project delivers a compelling experience rather than being driven solely by technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to produce high‑quality designs for print, events, web, VR and motion.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, maintaining technical and creative standards.
• Communicate ideas clearly with clients and stakeholders, turning briefs into visual solutions.
• Support the development of future work pipelines through client engagement and opportunity spotting.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality under pressure on medium‑large scale mixed‑discipline projects.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual work and a passion for design.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a friendly, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
