Graphic Designer – Brand & Visual Identity

About the role

Coffee Planet is seeking a hands‑on Graphic Designer to shape and maintain its visual identity across a wide range of channels, from hotels and cafés to e‑commerce and retail. The role is execution‑focused, allowing the designer to see their work materialise in menus, packaging, coffee carts, event setups and other customer‑facing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and uphold Coffee Planet’s brand guidelines across digital, print and physical touchpoints.
• Create menus, flyers, brochures, POS materials, sales collateral and presentation decks.
• Design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches and events, adapting them for different customer segments.
• Support the design of physical brand assets such as coffee carts, trolleys and café materials.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork, liaise with printers, fabricators and vendors to ensure accurate execution.
• Assist with packaging design, ensuring alignment with brand standards and production requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams, managing multiple design requests under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability when working with internal clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Experience creating both print and physical brand assets is an advantage.
