Graphic Designer – Creative Agency in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced marketing agency in Dubai. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, creating compelling visual assets that reflect each brand’s unique identity and voice.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, pitch decks, brochures, packaging, and event materials.
• Interpret and apply varied brand guidelines across multiple client accounts and industries.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement.
• Design web and digital assets such as email templates, landing pages, digital ads, and UI elements.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency while contributing to new brand identity development.
• Prepare final artwork for print and coordinate with printers to ensure production quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring attention to detail under pressure.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced multi‑brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across formats and styles.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to pivot quickly between projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a constructive approach to feedback.
