Graphic Designer – Dubai

About the role

Elevate is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on developing and executing visual communications that align with Elevate’s wellness‑driven brand across digital, print and environmental media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts that reflect Elevate’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Design high‑quality assets for digital platforms, social media, print collateral, signage and events.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, campaign graphics and corporate communications.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers from concept through to execution.
• Maintain brand consistency and stay updated on emerging design trends and AI‑powered creative tools.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in graphic design, branding and visual identity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated branding, typography, layout and art direction.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Understanding of digital and print design production requirements.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and contribute original ideas.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing and AI‑driven creative tools (advantageous).
