Graphic Designer (Emirati Talent)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create high‑impact visual solutions for a wide range of media, from websites and digital publishing to print collateral and corporate identity. The role requires close collaboration with clients or account managers to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling designs.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients or account managers to discuss project goals and requirements.
• Interpret business needs and develop creative concepts that meet those objectives.
• Estimate project timelines, prepare quotes, and manage multiple design briefs simultaneously.
• Research, gather information, and develop detailed design briefs.
• Produce sketches, layouts, and final artwork for print and digital media.
• Proofread and ensure high‑quality output before delivery.
• Collaborate with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Oversee the full design process, from requirement definition to final graphics, including logos, illustrations, and photo editing.
• Stay updated on emerging design technologies and software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Experience creating design briefs, illustrative sketches and working through a design development life‑cycle.
