Graphic Designer – Fine Fragrance Division

About the role

IFF’s Fine Fragrance division is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to create visual concepts that bring its fragrance portfolio to life. Based in Dubai, you will act as a creative lead, developing packaging, campaigns, and digital assets for luxury fragrance brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce mood boards, key visuals, storyboards, videos, motion graphics, ads, social content, and in‑store displays.
• Design packaging mock‑ups, label graphics and promotional materials.
• Create presentations and collateral to support customer interactions and innovation days.
• Source, produce and manage gifts and promotional items.
• Conduct trend research on campaigns, packaging, colors and report findings.
• Support the marketing team on brand, category and trend projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience in beauty, luxury or fragrance.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work for premium brands.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented with solid understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and adapt to fast‑paced changes.
• Fluent English.
