Graphic Designer – Fintech & Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing, product, and corporate communication initiatives. The role involves producing visual assets that align with our brand identity and help communicate complex fintech concepts across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as social media creatives, digital ads, emailers, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Create visual assets for corporate communications, investor presentations, reports, and internal initiatives.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, HR, and Business teams to translate concepts into compelling designs.
• Design website, landing‑page, and mobile‑app graphics in partnership with product and development teams.
• Produce infographics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that simplify complex financial and technology topics.
• Support event branding, exhibition materials, and corporate campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in FinTech, financial services, technology, or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, presentation, and visual communication work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience using Figma and Canva.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to design for digital platforms, websites, social media, and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with motion‑graphics and video tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred).
