Graphic Designer – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce compelling marketing materials that drive revenue across rooms, events, and food & beverage outlets for its six hotels on Yas Island.

Key responsibilities

• Design print and digital collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and signage.
• Collaborate with the Area Director of Marketing to align visual concepts with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare files for production, ensuring correct specifications for printing and digital publishing.
• Support photography needs, edit images, and integrate them into marketing assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, art, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar design role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to market trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Photography and photo‑editing software.
• Familiarity with AI image‑generation tools such as Midjourney or DALL‑E.
