Graphic Designer – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

Rixos is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support its marketing and communications efforts across its hotel portfolio. You will work closely with the PR Manager and Director of Marketing to produce compelling visual assets that enhance the brand’s presence locally, nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute print, packaging, branding, typography and digital design projects for the hotel.
• Create marketing collateral, advertising materials, promotions and visual content for public relations initiatives.
• Art‑direct photo shoots, both in‑studio and on location, to produce high‑quality imagery.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure visual consistency with Rixos brand standards.
• Handle incoming calls, attend departmental meetings and represent the hotel at major events as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all corporate policies and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a solid portfolio covering print and digital work.
• Excellent attention to detail, professional appearance and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workload and occasional extended hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience in studio and location photography, as well as art direction.
