About the role

Marriott International is seeking a creative professional to support its Sales & Marketing team in Dubai. The role blends visual storytelling with brand promotion, helping to attract and retain guests for Marriott Vacation Club properties.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness both internally and externally through visual content.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to arrange preview package tours.
• Explain sales presentation details and verify eligibility for tours.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Support management in training, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
